Head Boys Golf Coach - High School

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a High School Head Boys Golf Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching our high school boys golf team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential both on and off the course.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive golf program for the high school boys team.

• Plan and lead daily practices, focusing on skill development, course management, and match preparation.

• Create match-day strategies and provide guidance to players during competitions.

• Offer individualized coaching and feedback to help players improve their technical skills and mental approach to the game.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and integrity.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff regarding schedules, expectations, and team updates.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices, matches, and team activities.

• Attend all team meetings, practices, matches, and tournaments.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, strategies, and techniques.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the other members of the coaching staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
