Sr. International Trade Compliance Analyst

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide integration and configuration support for International Trade Compliance (ITC) tools, systems, and requirements across SNC’s enterprise architecture
- Ensure data hygiene for ITC tool/system inputs to provide enhanced Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and data driven decision making
- Lead the management of ITC tool and system enhancement requests or data elements within enterprise tools
- Support the scoping of enhancement requests, planning, agile prioritization, risk identification and mitigation to execute project and internal customer initiatives
- Define processes, build tracking and data visualizations, and lead changes to maximize efficiency through simplification and automation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and within SNC in representing ITCO’s tool, system, and architecture integration interests
- Maintain continued alignment of dependencies with cross functional partners
- Triage, troubleshoot, and explore solutions to system issues through technical analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Support the development of an Artificial Intelligence model for internal ITC customer guidance and facilitation of business activities
- Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices on data integration, tool management, and tips/tricks to maximize team efficiency
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- 2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting requirements into technical solutions
- 2+ years of experience in data integration (API)
- 5+ years of experience managing technical, customer facing platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other data analytics tools
- Able to effectively and clearly communicate complex regulatory requirements and solutions
- Experience analyzing and interpreting federal rules and regulations
Preferred:
- Proficient knowledge of ITAR & EAR concepts
- Thorough understanding of customs processes and compliance
- Advanced knowledge of OCR EASE, DTRADE/DECCS, SNAP-R, Customs ACE
- Experience conducting export control classifications and jurisdiction reviews
- Experience with the following platforms: OCR EASE (or similar Global Trade Management system), MS PowerBI, MS SharePoint (PowerAutomate), MS Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Titus
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) model development
- Experience with USML/ECCN/HTS product export classifications
