POSITION SUMMARY

Valets in the Grand Ski Storage space will provide quality, friendly service to guests and Grand Owners and assist them with storing their winter sports equipment overnight and long-term. This position is responsible for keeping an orderly space and maintaining accurate records of equipment location (including check ins and check outs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Greet guests and owners as they enter the space

• Check in/check out guest and owner skis and snowboards

• Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of space

• Communicate with fellow team members on storage concerns, mis-labeled equipment, etc.

• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements 

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of previous work history/education required

• Read, write, and interpret instructional documents for storing of all guest and owner equipment

• Operate a standard transmission (stick shift) vehicle

• Must have at least one year customer service employment experience

• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

• Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards.
