Pay Range: $53,000 to $59,750

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Associate to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's technological infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, programming, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills and some programming knowledge.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge in programming and scripting languages, such as C++, C#, HTML, Python Scripting and SQL.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will rotate placement between multiple areas of the business and may be responsible for:

Technical Support:

• Provide technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.
• Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user support interactions.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, incidents, and support activities.
• Contribute to the development and updating of IT documentation and knowledge base.
