Overnight Camp Seasonal Admin Assistant

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative work with a purpose—supporting a vibrant camp community dedicated to youth development.

Camp Season dates: 06/28/2026 – 08/22/2026 plus training week beforehand
Pay rate: $400 per week, room and board included

What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary administrative support for camp operations
• Manage camp documentation
• Support check-in and check-out processes for campers and families
• Respond to parent inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records in camp management systems
• Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
• Coordinate supply orders and track inventory for office and program needs
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

What We’re Looking For
• 1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or database systems
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic camp environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
