(e.g., answering financial queries, suggesting actions, auto-filling data).</li> <li>Apply techniques like <strong>LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, and agent frameworks</strong> to create reliable AI features.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to identify automation opportunities.</li> <li>Deploy and monitor models in production with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.</li> <li>Continuously improve performance using real-world feedback loops.</li> </ul> <h2 id="qualifikation">Qualifikation</h2> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING WITH ...</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a software engineer</li> <li><strong>Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.</strong></li> <li><strong>Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks</strong> (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI/Vertext/...
