Job Description for Outreach Specialist - Lead Research & Initial Contact

• Call prospects from targeted lists to identify and connect with office managers and decision makers
  
• Introduce the company and services to potential clients in a professional manner
  
• Gather contact information and details about decision makers for follow-up outreach
  
• Pass qualified lead information to the internal appointment center and sales team
  
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and contact details
  
• Conduct initial market penetration calls to establish company presence
  

• Strong English communication skills for professional phone conversations
  
• Experience with outbound calling and lead generation preferred
  
• Ability to quickly build rapport and make positive first impressions
  
• Comfortable with CRM systems and data entry
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
• Professional phone manner and clear speaking voice
  

• Monday to Friday, 10am to 4:30pm Eastern with one hour unpaid break at 12pm Eastern
  
• Work with highly specific, targeted prospect lists
  
• Focus on initial contact and introduction rather than appointment setting
  
• Simple onboarding process due to straightforward task requirements
  
• Performance-based bonus structure expected on top of base hourly rate
