In this role, you will be a key driver of transformation across Digital Technology for Customer Support and Managed Services. You will drive and support community if architects that shape the systems and processes that define how we operate, improve customer experience, and unlock efficiencies across regions and business units.

This role combines strategic influence, hands-on design, and cross-functional leadership—with ample room to innovate, introduce modern tooling, and shape the future operating model for a global organization.

What you’ll do

Lead enterprise-wide process architecture and improvement.
Drive the blueprint for how we develop and run our systems, ensuring alignment with strategy, operational excellence, security, and compliance.

Orchestrate process design and optimization.
Coordinate cross-functional work, guide teams through transformation initiatives, and ensure milestones, documentation, and outcomes are delivered with clarity and quality.

Define standards that raise our maturity.
Develop and champion modelling standards, governance practices, controls, and methodologies adopted across teams and regions.

Innovate using modern technologies.
Evaluate leading tools—including AI workflow automation, BPM, process mining, APIs, and RPA—and drive adoption and integration across the ecosystem.

Review and strengthen process design.
Ensure designs meet organizational standards and reduce operational risk, providing actionable insights that lead to better customer and business outcomes.

Guide and influence stakeholders across business and IT.
Translate strategic objectives into architecture options and priorities; influence executives with data-driven recommendations and industry insights.

Promote continuous improvement & operational excellence.
Embed learning, quality, and agile improvement practices into everyday work. Drive efforts that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Mentor practitioners and shape our capability.
Coach teams, build community, and promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and measurable results.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of experience in process architecture, enterprise transformation, application engineering, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern process tools (e.g., workflow platforms, process mining, automation, APIs).
  • Strong business analysis, system thinking, and agile delivery capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS) and software engineering concepts.
  • A proven ability to influence leaders, partner across functions, and drive alignment.

Pay & Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
