As a Project Manager, you will lead and support strategic, cross-country and region initiatives that deliver savings, unlock productivity, and elevate quality through scalable, data-driven solutions. You will take end-to-end ownership of key project workstreams, applying a consulting-grade toolbox and engaging with stakeholders worldwide. Depending on your level of experience, the position could be either a project manager level og senipr project manager level position. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>What you’ll do, besides being part of a fantastic team:</span></u></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Lead and support advanced category analyses to challenge status quo and identify untapped opportunities</span></li> <li><span>Facilitate and drive workshops and decision-making forums to unlock alignment and speed of execution</span></li> <li><span>Embed our dual supplier strategy across geographies, ensuring operational resilience and competitive advantage</span></li> <li><span>Co-lead one of the most significant global supplier partnerships in our portfolio, delivering procurement excellence</span></li> <li><span>Design and deliver savings initiatives that optimise ISS’s cost base while raising quality, service consistency, and innovation across markets </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>Who you’ll work with:</span></u></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>You will work cross-functionally across the enterprise with stakeholders in countries and HQ, including Group Supply Chain &amp; Procurement, Global Operations, and Business Performance, shaping strategic decisions at a global scale</span></li> <li><span>You will partner daily with the core team managing one of ISS’s largest, most strategic supplier relationships</span></li> <li><span>You will collaborate with senior stakeholders at all organisational levels, influencing roadmaps and business outcomes </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>Key qualifications:</span></u></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Master’s degree, e.g. in Law, Business, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Political/Social Science </span></li> <li><span>4–8 years’ experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or a blue-chip multinational corporation with proven track record of delivering high-impact results</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Change Management on complex, multi-country initiatives</span></li> <li><span>Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, with ability to create Executive-level presentations and data-driven insights</span></li> <li><span>Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with exceptional business communication skills </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong><u><span>Personal skills you excel:</span></u></strong></li> <li><span>Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills</span></li> <li><span>Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to stakeholders at all levels</span></li> <li><span>Diplomatic yet persuasive; skilled at building objective, data-backed cases for action and presenting them assertively</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated result orientation and drive and are open to new approaches and alternative means in order to accomplish results. </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>Why ISS</span></u></strong></p> <p><span>At ISS, we are more than just a service provider of cleaning, food, workplace and technical services, we are a partner in our customers’ success.
