About the role

<p>Dentons is looking for a <strong>HR Administrator </strong>who can join the team to manage the global Human Resources function for team members in over 20 countries! In this role we are looking for someone who has experience with HR business partnering and employee relations experience. This role will appeal to someone who is looking for end-to-end ownership of the employee lifecycle. </p><p>If you are someone who is creative, extremely detail oriented, technically savvy and want to make an impact globally, this is the role for you! The role will focus on providing accurate, consistent, and high-quality HR support. The incumbent’s duties will involve the full value chain HR services and may not be limited to specific areas of Human Resources.</p><p><br/></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul> <li>Managing the employee life cycle from application to exit interview</li> <li>Employee engagement practices including employee surveys, wellbeing, team building, &amp; social initiatives</li> <li>Performance management system in line with the organisational strategic objectives that drives high performance</li> <li>Payroll &amp; benefit administration, providing staff movement &amp; related payroll information, managing sign off, monitoring of statutory compliance &amp; ensuring the end-to-end process is in order</li> <li>Reporting - maintain records &amp; compile statistical reports concerning employee related data such as new hires, transfers, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, leave management, etc.</li> <li>Filing and all general administration, ensure all employee files are up to date</li> <li>Provide support to People Leaders on IR related matters (grievances, hearings, warnings)</li> <li>HR project implementations - identifying &amp; rolling out HR initiatives</li> <li>Assist with yearly salary increases and bonus preparations</li> <li>Assist with timeous resolution of HR related queries</li> <li>Human Resources Information System (MyDentons) administration</li> <li>Any required local filings or statutory requirements for Dentons globally</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>3-5 Year experience working in a Talent organization, managing a high volume of requests</li> <li>HR administration experience</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills</li> <li>Analytical and data driven skills</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members</li> <li>Excellent problem solver, Critical thinking skills</li> <li>A strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, consistency and quality</li> <li>Good knowledge of IR</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li> <li>A flexible approach to adapt to differing demands, prioritizing tasks where appropriate and ensuring completion of tasks</li> <li>Literacy in SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage</li> <li>Advanced level of English (Business English)</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Dentons is designed to be different.
