<h3>Job Title</h3>Sr. Business Portfolio Manager<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Your challenge:</b><br/> </p><p><span>The Senior Business Portfolio Manager is responsible for the commercial &amp; operational efficiency of the Philips Avent business portfolio across global markets. He/she manages the business unit performance management, leads the business commercialization &amp; value maximization strategy and defines the commercial guidelines for the global regions.</span></p><p><span>The Mother &amp; Childcare team within Philips Personal Health. You report directly to the MCC Business Portfolio Leader and part of the MCC Business Portfolio team responsible for commercial &amp; operational efficiency and consistency of business portfolio across global markets</span><br/><br/><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading the Global Category Growth Strategy by defining global portfolio channelization for our consolidated portfolio, via portfolio architecture methodology &amp; establish business category commercial guidelines together with the Sales CoE to ensure successful launches and category growth across regions</p></li><li><p>Ensuring the delivery of maximum value of the portfolio, driving strategic choices and securing the right levels of investments. Monitoring competitive commercial &amp; promotional landscape and driving new business development</p></li><li><p>Managing short-term business unit level performance, commercial KPI review &amp; corrective action plans. Ensuring enabler delivery from business to regions and collaborations with S&amp;OP team</p></li><li><p>Supports Business Region Combination management through regular communication with markets, facilitation of problem solving, contributing to Business Region Combination enablers delivery, identifying new market opportunities originating out of roadmap evolution</p></li><li><p>Acting as a custodian of the global commercial policy &amp; support the Business / X-Category teams with operational pricing activities to ensure business continuity</p></li><li><p>Supporting the Annual Global (List) Price adjustment by driving Strategic initiatives taking into account, but not limited to, profitability outlook, competitive pricing, price elasticity analysis, P-effectiveness analysis, inflation and currency exchange rate development</p></li><li><p>Supporting price setting across the X Categories together with Sales Center of Excellence, in alignment with market requirements and commercial policy framework</p></li><li><p>Facilitating line-chart process and the price realization target setting process between Business and Regions</p></li><li><p>Coordinating and aligning the promotional strategy in line with peak events promotional calendar for key customer architype. Supporting strategic customer <span>exclusives/promotions</span> from a global perspective</p></li><li><p>Managing Pricing Exceptions on RRP and 3net level for Promotions, Aging &amp; Excess stock, Phase-out, and COOP, by strongly collaborating with Business Category Leader/Regional Business Unit Leader/Sales Center of Excellence and ensure feedback loop on price setting quality, in order to drive number of pricing exception requests down</p></li><li><p>Analyze pricing and profitability KPIs and act as a consultant towards business stakeholders to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or applicable discipline; MBA preferred.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in a commercial organization</p></li><li><p>Consumer Packaged Goods experience required</p></li><li><p>Exhibits passion for and focus on consumer-first and customer-centric solutions with a strong knowledge of go to market strategies.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work with all levels in a complex matrixed organization, including senior leadership.</p></li><li><p>Proven leadership ability with a demonstrated high level of integrity, and the willingness to take ownership &amp; accept responsibility and make decisions for expedient problem resolution.</p></li><li><p>Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn, adapt and lead with an enterprise mindset, unwilling to accept status quo.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of latest Digital Trends related to business models and activation channels.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated expert written/verbal communication skills, and a proven capability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organization and senior executives externally</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>How we work together</b><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart.
