The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.                                               Mission: We champion health, dignity and comfort.     Vision: To be a global leader in absorbent hygiene by meeting consumers’ diverse needs through effective, affordable and widely available personal care solutions.      Our Values: Personal, Agile, Innovative, and Integrity    Job Summary: The IT Systems Analyst’s role is to plan, coordinate, architect, and supervise activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the business requirements of the organization. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization. This individual will oversee testing of the interoperability of application modules under development by in-house software development teams; commercial off-the-shelf software deployed in the organization; and with external third parties as necessary. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of software integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.Contributes to the development of new technical concepts and applications  Key responsibilities:
  • Work with outside vendors in maintaining and supporting computer systems
  • Write and maintain procedural documentation on common support tasks.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
  • Orchestrate application projects and corresponding strategies between business units and development teams.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software throughout the enterprise.
  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new application integration technology into the existing environment.
  • Ensure that projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Ensure that application planning and practices are aligned with strategic business goals and the company’s overall strategic vision.
  • Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate projects and initiatives.
Acquisition & Deployment
  • Research and make recommendations on application products and services in support of procurement and development efforts.
  • Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of newly-integrated software programs and applications.
  • Lead the testing phase of software and applications under development in order to identify and remedy potential problem areas.
  • Liaise with software developers and engineers to address issues in program logic and the interoperability of new applications with existing systems software.
  • Build relationships with software development and engineering teams to gain an understanding of application architectures and required functionality.
  • Build relationships with vendors of application software deployed in the organization’s IT environment to learn about and provide feedback on their technical integration capabilities.
Operational Management
  • Ensure the collection and coherent interpretation of the various data streams affected by business processes.
  • Work to enhance or improve business processes via integration and interpretation, and actions of data on business processes.
  • Evaluate results of integration projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Where necessary, provide guidance to junior members of the team.
 Required Qualifications:
  • Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering, and/or 10 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years direct experience in enterprise-level manufacturing
