The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Richardson, TX.

The Industrial Security Specialist will ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Your primary role will be to perform Media Control and Accountability duties to support the Personnel Program in a backup role. You will also identify deficiencies while developing and implementing corrective action. You will be assisting with Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements.

Job Description Summary

• Communicates results to the Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), security management, and customers

• Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes, and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements

• Supports Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities when required

• Ensures programs are in place to protect government, intellectual, third party, and company information from unauthorized disclosures

• Develops, implements, and administers an Operational Security program, security education, procedures, and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or complex programs

• Assists in the security awareness training and education program, established by the CSSO

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years

• 3+ years of experience with Industrial Security

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

• Experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security

• Experience with NISP programs

• Experience communicating with varying levels of stakeholders working team to senior and executive leadership

• Experience using Microsoft suite

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $83,300 - $112,700
