Purpose

The Associate Director, Benefits Operations role is a pivotal leadership position that reports directly to the Director, People Operations & Enablement within the HR Operations and Payroll organization. In this capacity, you will lead and inspire the Benefits Operations Team, a dynamic group responsible for seamless management and administration of benefit programs across The United States and Puerto Rico. Your leadership will focus on fostering building and sustaining a high performing team, creating an environment of innovation, constantly exploring new ways to enhance our services delivery across retirement, health & welfare, leave/disability, and well-being benefit programs.

As a visionary leader, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external benefit vendors to elevate support for benefits operations and ensure comprehensive internal and external reporting. You’ll work closely with key global business partners to optimize the experience for employees, retirees, and new hires as they engage with our benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Program Management – Leads the administration of various employee benefits programs, ensuring they run efficiently and deliver high-quality service, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Support and/or lead implementations of new or changing benefit programs or administrative processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works collaboratively with key business partners and functions internally and externally to ensure alignment of operations with business needs and priorities.
