This position offers the opportunity to work from home, but requires the availability to work 1 day a week (currently Tuesdays) in downtown Pittsburgh.
The Business Experience Planning & Administrative Associate is an administrative role that will be responsible for supporting a line of business within the Commercial Loan Operations organization. LO. This will include:
- Supporting VPN suspensions
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Setting up and managing meetings
- Coordinating schedules
- Setting up and managing events
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Office experience will be beneficial
- Administrative experience will be beneficial
Job Description
- Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administration efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
- Delivers problem solving solutions in support of line of business initiatives.
- Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
- Supports data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
- Works in support of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
