The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation team:

The Strategy & Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate Program Manager to lead ES digital transformation initiatives.  The role will require working with senior leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop strategies, business cases and detailed implementation plans to optimize digital services and drive increased digital service adoption.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the development and execution of RTX digital optimization strategies. This includes collaborating with Digital Technology (DT) leaders and subject-matter experts to identify digital needs across the organization, propose new service offerings, develop business cases, secure senior leader buy-in and build and manage execution of deployment roadmaps.
• Help design and execute a strategic blueprint to transform ES DT Services for enterprise scale.
• Evaluate current DT Services against industry benchmarks and best practices.
• Ensure that all functional program milestones are developed using the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) methodology.
• Proactively evaluate program activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
• Establish quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall program objectives.
• Responsible for the completion of other tasks related to this position as assigned.
• Travel up to 10%, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 12 years experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience developing digital strategies and implementing digital services.
• Prior experience in digital strategy consulting, including client engagement, stakeholder management and solution delivery.
• Prior experience with collaborating and effectively communicating with all levels of leadership within an organization.
• Prior experience in Microsoft Office tools (specifically in Excel and PowerPoint).

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Prior experience in an industry leading consulting firm i.e., Big 5 Consulting Firms.
• Prior experience leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the areas of process standardization and enterprise technology adoption.
• RTX CORE Certification or other Lean Continuous Improvement experience.
