You will own the integrity, execution, and risk posture of post-close financing operations across the Nexamp portfolios. You will be accountable for orchestrating funding conditions precedent execution, lender reporting, and cross-functional operational readiness to support on-time funding and compliance. In this role you will be focused on post-close construction debt operations from legal close through substantial completion and transition into long-term ownership.&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will be hybrid out of our Boston, MA office. You will report to the VP, Portfolio Operations.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Lead post-close financing operations across covered portfolios, serving as the single point of accountability for execution, risk visibility, and cross-portfolio prioritization.</li> <li>Own the single source of truth for funding conditions precedent checklists, borrowing requirements, and integrated borrowing schedules across construction debt facilities and intersecting financing workstreams.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-functional delivery of conditions precedent (CP) packages, including project company documents, real estate materials, third-party reports, and regulatory or security items, ensuring quality and completeness before lender submission.</li> <li>Oversee the end-to-end lender and tax equity investor reporting calendar, ensuring recurring and ad hoc deliverables are compiled, reviewed, and submitted accurately and
