In-person BCBA supervision and a home base clinic so you’re supported throughout your day.
At Kind Behavioral Health, you’ll work in a team-oriented, clinic-based environment with lower BCBA caseloads, giving you more access to guidance, coaching, and real-time support.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
- Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions
- Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children
- Collaborate daily with your clinical team
