About the role

At a Glance

  • $500 sign-on bonus for BT candidates (paid in two installments at 30 and 60 days)

At Kind Behavioral Health, you’ll work in a team-oriented, clinic-based environment with lower BCBA caseloads, giving you more access to guidance, coaching, and real-time support. 

With over 20 years of experience serving children and families in North Carolina, we bring a proven, well-established ABA therapy model to every clinic, now expanding into Georgia.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 
  • Collect and record data on client progress during sessions  
  • Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions  
  • Create engaging, fun, and motivating learning environments for children  
  • Collaborate daily with your clinical team
