This role is designed for a senior-level professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong private-sector client leadership and business development capability, particularly with industrial, commercial, and corporate clients. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, lead complex projects, and play a key role in expanding EnSafe’s presence across priority markets and service lines.</p> <p>This is a full-time position that may be based in&nbsp;<strong>any existing EnSafe office location</strong>, driving growth across EnSafe’s full suite of environmental, engineering, and compliance services for private-sector clients. Additionally, for the right candidate with established&nbsp;<strong>private-sector client relationships</strong>&nbsp;and the ability to attract and develop staff, this role offers the opportunity to help&nbsp;<strong>launch and grow a new EnSafe office location.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a senior leader driving profitable growth within EnSafe’s private-sector environmental consulting practice.</li> <li>Develop new client relationships while strengthening long-standing partnerships with industrial, commercial, and corporate clients.</li> <li>Personally engage in the pursuit and delivery of strategic consulting work for private-sector organizations
