Job Description

Experian’s Global Security Operations (EGSO) and IT Services (EITS) is looking for a best-in-class Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Senior HR Director, you will work closely with Senior Executives to execute talent and organizational strategies intended to attract, develop and engage the workforce. You will play an integral role in building and supporting a high-performance culture in a cutting edge and rapidly transforming business.

Must have a successful track record of delivering impactful HR programs and initiatives directly tied to strategic business goals. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and leverage team resources while also enthusiastically taking a hands-on role in supporting the business.

You will need to be able to...

  • Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
  • Execute the talent strategy in the business by contributing HR counsel, data and judgment to the organization’s major strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with Human Resource Centers of Excellence to leverage expertise, data analytics, tools, consistency and compliance in organizational change efforts.
  • Execute human capital plans to support performance management, talent development and organizational changes
  • Build a strong relationship with business groups by working collaboratively and ensuring that HR is supporting business goals and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Human Resources Management or a Business related discipline preferred; Master’s degree in a related discipline is desirable
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources Business Partnering function
  • Proven success working with leaders in a highly matrixed structure
  • Experience and success in working on initiatives in a global organization is desired
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
  • Adept at consulting, advising and influencing leaders on HR related issues to implement appropriate solutions
  • Demonstrated success implementing changes using a consistent framework of reference
  • High level of self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done with and through others
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
