Senior Financial Accounting & Tax Specialist

We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data and technology ready to „WOW” the world with our expertise, passion and pride to be GREEN.<br/> We act on our values of Passion for consumers &amp; customers, Courage to dream &amp; pioneer, Care for people &amp; planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges.</p> <p><br/> Your responsibilities would include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>day-to-day executing activities for RtR CoE</li> <li>demonstrating internal control mind-set and embedding internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated</li> <li>delivering the Financial reporting processes in line with the Group and local Policies and Guidance and delivering all financial reports in line with HEINEKEN's Global Finance Policies &amp; Procedures and local legislation</li> <li>providing all necessary analysis and explanatin to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required financial statements</li> <li>providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required Direct Tax returns</li> <li>facilitating external audit for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scope</li> <li>managing effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and Global &amp; Local Accounting standards</li> <li>supporting OpCo finance team in interactions with the Local Authorities, leveraging the team in HGSS Transactional Services</li> <li>supporting resolution of any escalation done by Opco Finance and Non-Finance Departments for resolution – ensuring open and timely communication as One Finance Team</li> <li>driving own personal development in leadership, finance-specific skills, and business knowledge by implementing his/her development plan.</li> </ul> <p><br/> You are a good candidate if you have:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>5+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysis</li> <li>bachelors or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Accounting Qualification recommended</li> <li>experience in BS/P&amp;L variance analysis</li> <li>experiance in audit delivery and coordination</li> <li>experience in annual statutory financial statements according to IFRS or local GAAP</li> <li>excellent organisational and time-management skills</li> <li>detail-oriented mindset and ability to focuse on quality</li> <li>very good Excel skills</li> <li>collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external</li> <li>very good written and verbal English.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we offer:</p>
