AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Training Development and Outreach Specialist who possesses strong instructional design skills and is capable of creating engaging and effective training materials tailored to diverse audiences.

• Create engaging and effective training materials tailored to diverse audiences.
• Utilize various training methodologies, tools, and platforms to facilitate learning and knowledge transfer.
• Excel in outreach efforts, effectively communicating training opportunities and benefits to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs is crucial for the success of training and outreach efforts.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs.
• Possess strong instructional design skills.
• Strong project management skills to support training initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. 
• Must be adept at evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. 
• Attention to detail and a strong ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy are essential.

This position is contingent on contract award.
