Working to change the future of payments, it’s not just skills and motivation that gets the job done, it’s the full package that makes the difference.</p><h3>Jobbeskrivelse</h3><p><strong>You’ll be powering our awesome Danish Retention team​<br/> ​​</strong>We are seeking an experienced people with the right attitude to join our Retention team who has a good understanding of value and enthusiasm to make an impact.</p><p>The team is a part of our Merchant Services business, and we handle all our B2B customers through in- and outbound calls from and to existing customers in order to prevent customer turnover regarding Payment Terminals and International Acquirer Agreements.</p><p>You will be a part of a growing team with colleagues from Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden, where employee satisfaction, career development and winning mentality are highly prioritized.</p><p>The team is located in Ballerup, Denmark.</p><p>You have at least 1 year experience in sales-, service- or retention and enjoy working with customers. You are known as a great listener and you are enthusiastic to build long-lasting customer relationships.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Answering <strong>Inbound </strong>calls <strong>and </strong>do proactive <strong>Outbound </strong>calls, with the purpose of renegotiating agreements and reducing customer turnover. The split between Inbound and Outbound calls depends on your preferences and mostly the demand</p></li><li><p>Respond to customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Be part of developing new strategies for customer retention activities</p></li><li><p>Build positive partnerships with customers</p></li><li><p>Use customer feedback to develop new techniques in order to ensure customer retention</p></li><li><p>Perform customer negotiations and cross-sales to existing customers</p></li></ul><h3>Kvalifikationer</h3><p><strong>Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you achieve your goals</strong></p><p>Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.
