Sr. Director, Corporate Functions Service Delivery

Job Description Summary:

You are part of the Corporate FP&A Service Delivery team of 32 Company associates, lead a team of 11 associates with a focus on the corporate functions and drive a multiple of Genpact Associates that delivers all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities to the Corporate Functions.

The work your team does covers FP&A topics such as OPEX, DME, Capex, Revenues, Deductions, Commercial Finance and Working Capital dependent on the Corporate Function. You will be involved in the Close, RE/Flash and BP activities.

The role will be networked with the Corporate Functions, the FP&A Process Transformation Team, the other Service Delivery teams, Genpact (Managed Service Provider), the Centre and other areas of Financial Services.

What You’ll Do for Us

• You are responsible for all aspects of FP&A including the close & financial planning (flash/RE and business plan) and the analysis of FP&A.
• you are part of the Corporate FP&A Service Delivery Team and foster a strong collaboration with the Functions & Genpact
• you will operate within a framework set by and in collaboration with the Process Transformation Team and will highlight where there is room to do things more efficient and/or effective.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 12-15 years of FP&A working experience.
• Experience in Corporate functions will be a plus.
• You have experience leading teams. Experience leading virtual teams is a plus.
• Ability to understand and manage risk.
• Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
• Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

Functional Skills

• Experience in various domains of FP&A. Experience in OPEX is a plus.
• Service mindset & stakeholder management
• Have a natural focus on Operational Excellence
• Agile ways of working to solve problems
• Be able to work autonomously whilst being a team player.
