Senior Key Account Manager

<p>To our commercial hub based in Prague we are currently looking for: <strong>SENIOR CHANNEL MANAGER</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>In this role you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers</li> <li>Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets</li> <li>Owning P&amp;L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results</li> <li>Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales &amp; operations planning</li> <li>Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team</li> <li>Tracking team output and performance against business objectives</li> <li>Anticipating customers changes and improvements</li> <li>Strategic planning to improve customer results</li> <li>Very deep understanding of your business and your customer</li> <li>Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department</li> <li>Analyzing customer data to provide better results</li> <li>Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers</li> <li>Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain department</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING</strong></p> <p>We’d love to see candidates who have:</p> <ul> <li>6 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales</li> <li>3 years of  professional experience in people management</li> <li>Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline</li> <li>Experience in FMCG and with modern channel account management</li> <li>Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills</li> <li>Very good developed leadership skills </li> <li>Proactivity, independence, and self-starter attitude</li> <li>Results oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectives</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Ability of multitasking, prioritization, effective time management</li> <li>Fluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)</li> <li>Very good command of English language (writing, speaking, reading)</li> <li>Team player, energetic, business driver</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interesting job in company being beauty leader based on permanent contract</li> <li>Working tools (Company car, laptop, phone)</li> <li>Opportunity to work in international environment</li> <li>Independency and real impact of the effect of everyday wok</li> <li>Possibility of building a professional path in the dynamic growing company promoting culture of kindness</li> <li>Omni-Working: Hybrid flexible working model enabling 10 days of working from home per month</li> </ul>
