Electrical Superintendent - Large Data Center Projects (US)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendents to oversee large-scale data center construction projects across the United States. This role requires a proven leader with a strong electrical background and extensive experience in data center construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all electrical construction activities for data center projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Manage and supervise large teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient execution of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to align on project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Implement and monitor construction schedules, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to advanced construction technology, methods, equipment, and tools specific to data center electrical systems.
- Resolve on-site challenges and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in similar facility construction, with expertise in technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
- Strong electrical background with specific experience in data center construction highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role (e.g., Construction Superintendent, Structural Superintendent, or Mechanical Superintendent).
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to lead and supervise large teams.
- Prior experience managing commercial or industrial projects
- Extensive knowledge of data center electrical systems, including power distribution, backup systems, and cooling infrastructure.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites as required.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrated success in managing electrical scopes for data center projects across the US.
- Familiarity with the latest industry standards and innovations in data center construction.
