Social Finance Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Build disruptive innovative solutions in a customer-centric environment. Create and
evangelize a product vision and own a multi-year product roadmap. Work cross-functionally with
stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, legal, compliance, capital markets, and executive
management to translate customer needs into a product. Work closely with engineering to own and
dive deep into backlogs, definition of done and technical details. Prioritize and drive backlogs for launch
with dedicated engineering, data science, and design teams. Own instrumentation and data for products
to drive deep understanding, innovation and product plans. Experiment constantly to drive customer
learnings and customer impact. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration,
Project Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of
experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Synthesizing Product/User Experience Requirements; (2) Experience in
writing detailed functional specifications; (3) Data driven cost/benefit analysis; (4) Software
Development; (5) Market Research; (6) Digital Experience Analytics; (7) HTML; (8) Java; (9) SQL; and (10)
Agile Methodologies; (11) Data Analysis and Visualization; (12) User Interface Design; (13) Project
Management; (14) User Story Development. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or
experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $170,000.00 - $195,500.00 per annum
