Pella Corporation is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create exceptional web and mobile application experiences. We’re looking for someone who brings strong empathy for users, an understanding of business goals, and a passion for digital innovation. In this role, you’ll translate strategic objectives into intuitive, engaging, and industry-leading digital experiences that truly resonate with our customers. • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and end users to understand key objectives and pain points to deliver a digital customer experience that is both engaging and highly functional in web & mobile applications. 

• Specialize in developing native components and delivering a UI that emphasizes simplicity, intuitive interactions, and core functionality.  

• Understand the difference between a mobile app and web portal when designing the UI and components.  

• Work closely with software developers to ensure that components are programmable and feasible for native mobile & web development.   

• Assist the UX Lead in creating high-fidelity designs that turn strategic direction into features and user stories.  

• Support the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the design library used across digital tools (web and mobile) as well as multiple websites.

Plan, execute, and deliver thoughtful and well-informed User Interaction Design   

• Create wireframes and clickable AI enhanced prototypes using design system components.  

• Leverage Universal Design System to drive brand cohesive UI.  

• Create UI variations for A/B testing.  

• Create/update documentation of key screens and user workflows.
