The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment that values individual initiative, innovation, and smart risk-taking. This role requires a strong understanding of and experience in Equities trading and a solid grasp of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and best execution practices across U.S. equity markets. The trader will be responsible not only for ex
