Position Summary:
Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management, Scheduling and Cell Logistics will be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation, as well as coordinating inputs from others in Scheduling and Cell Logistics (SCLT) and throughout the organization. This role will maintain a technical document management repository and track document update requirements. This role will additionally work to create and develop content for the various functional teams in SCLT including best practice documentation and systems coaching. The Senior Specialist will assist in tracking and managing team metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role will be key in creating and managing knowledge management tasks to support a rapidly growing Cell Therapy portfolio and enable a best-in-class customer experience for our patient treatment centers around the world.
Position is office-based with in-office attendance required a minimum of 60% of the time. Remote work must be performed at home with consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function.
Travel is possible and will not exceed 10%. Travel may occur to domestic and international locations.
Fluent reading, speaking, and writing skills required in English
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of work experience
Project management and/or technical writing experience is desired
Experience working in GxP environments is desired. Cell Therapy experience is preferred.
Must have strong proficiency Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with content creation and management is preferred
Responsibilities:
Implement, review, and maintain SCLT’s document management program to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients
Routinely connect and work with SCLT’s regional teams (NorAm, EU, APAC) and matrix partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes associated with document management
Assist in updating and escalating any documentation that does not meet minimum standards or has not been updated past its required review date
Facilitate document translation through a third-party service as required
Assist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking efforts
Additional data entry, tracking, and auditing as assigned
Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic/virtual means
Actively participate in tactical and other meetings as assigned
Represent Scheduling and Cell Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Provide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise related to document management
