About the role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced outbound call representative with a US accent to join our team as an  Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, engage with them in conversation, and schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close the sale.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a US accent

  • Engage in natural and persuasive conversation to generate interest in our products/services

  • Identify the needs and pain points of the prospect and offer solutions

  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close the sale

  • Document all calls and relevant information accurately in our CRM system

  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the outbound call center or appointment-setting role
  • Native or fluent English speaker with a clear US accent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
