The role can be based in one of our offices in <strong>Bremen or Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)</strong></p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent across all functions of our business. You will support recruitment across our entire group, which spans multiple countries and departments.</p> <p>You’ll be part of our global <strong>People &amp; Culture team</strong>, made up of 30+ professionals across seven countries. Altogether, we are almost 1,000 Epassians—and we’re growing rapidly!</p> <p>You will play a crucial role in building our teams by leading talent acquisition efforts, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process in cooperation with line managers and People &amp; Culture colleagues. As we continue to grow, this role offers potential for expanding responsibilities in the future.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Lead hands-on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies across all our country locations. This includes a wide range of roles across functions and levels.</li><li>Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and more.</li><li>Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand.</li><li>Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.</li><li>Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve processes.</li></ul> <p><strong>You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:</strong></p> <ul><li>3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international, fast-growing tech organization</li><li>Experience hiring commercial positions</li><li>Proven ability to use data to track pipeline efficiency and improve workflow</li><li>Proficiency with recruitment tools and software</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities</li><li>Skill in identifying passive candidates using creative sourcing methods</li><li>Employer branding experience</li><li>Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site days at our office</li><li>Fluent German &amp; English language. </li><li>A vision for excellence and a proactive approach to building or improving processes</li></ul> <p><strong>Why You Should Join Us</strong></p> <ul><li>We are an innovative tech scale-up with a strong financial foundation.
