Team Inventa is a cross-functional group focused on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the experience for both patients and teammates. The team manages core systems that support care coordination and placement processes, partners with technology teams to deliver innovative solutions, and drives adoption of tools that streamline workflows. Inventa works closely with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements, pilot new technologies, and provide training and resources that enable seamless integration across platforms. Our goal is to make complex processes simpler, more transparent, and more effective for everyone involved.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate and consistent facility information across multiple platforms.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to streamline data management processes.
Support initiatives that improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Contribute to projects that enhance digital tools and optimize user experience.
Assist in developing best practices and resources to improve operational performance.
Evaluate technology solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and inform process improvements.
Design and implement strategies to improve service accessibility and patient experience.
Provide training and resources to internal teams to ensure effective platform usage.
Support communication and review processes through innovative tools and solutions.
