We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team and work on IT projects in the Energy Sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow and strong Project Management skills.

Role and responsibilities

• Project Management (60%):
  • Lead small projects (below $100k), coordinating stakeholders and managing planning.
  • Organize and present updates in steering committees and internal client meetings.
• PMO Backoffice Support:
  • Work closely with the Team Lead to prepare bi-weekly dashboards and presentations using ServiceNow and PowerPoint.
  • Extract project data from ServiceNow to update templates and reports.
• Issue Detection & Follow-up:
  • Identify anomalies in each Project Manager's reports and proactively follow up with them to have the updates on time.
• Budget Oversight:
  • Monitor project costs and prepare concise budget summaries.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, including dashboard creation.
• Understanding of network, infrastructure, and application systems (on-premise/cloud).
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills with a focus on client-facing interactions.
• Fluent in French is a plus.

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000
