About the Job The Data Warehouse Developer is a full-time, remote, exempt position within the Data & Analytics department and reports directly to the Director of Data & Analytics. This role supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of the University’s data warehouse environment by building and maintaining data pipelines, transformations, and data marts that enable analytics and decision-making across CCU.
 The Data Warehouse Developer works closely with the D&A team to implement ETL/ELT processes, create and maintain data models, and ensure data accuracy and reliability across systems such as ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms. This position focuses on execution, data quality, and operational support while learning and applying established data warehouse standards and best practices. About CCU Colorado Christian University is the premier interdenominational Christian university in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region, delivering world class education to thousands of students. We're looking for candidates who have: 
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 2+ years of experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and developing star-schema data models in a data warehouse environment.
  3. Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write queries and support data transformations in SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  4. Exposure to data integration across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, LMS) and familiarity with structured data concepts.
  5. Experience in higher education and familiarity with Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM platforms preferred.
  6. Ability to follow established data modeling and engineering standards while implementing solutions accurately and efficiently.
