Le/la Responsable Comptable est garant(e) de la fiabilité des comptes de l’entreprise. Il/elle encadre l’équipe comptable, supervise les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, et veille au respect des obligations fiscales, sociales et légales.

 

Responsabilités principales

· Superviser l’ensemble de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire (clients, fournisseurs, trésorerie)
· Préparer les états financiers (bilan, compte de résultat, annexes)
· Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
· Assurer le respect des normes comptables (French GAAP, IFRS)
· Établir les déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, CVAE, etc.)
· Piloter la relation avec les commissaires aux comptes, auditeurs, experts-comptables
· Encadrer, former et animer l’équipe comptable
· Participer à l’amélioration des procédures et des outils comptables
· Mettre en place ou suivre les indicateurs de performance comptables
· Contribuer aux projets transverses (changement d’ERP, automatisation, digitalisation)

Compétences et experience;
Expérience
· 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, dont au moins 2 à 3 ans en management d’équipe
· Expérience en cabinet et en entreprise est un plus
