Project Controls/Pricing - GPSI

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand the principals of cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Have a basic understanding of the relationship between the project controls functions estimating planning/scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Develop accurate and timely project schedule reviews and forecasts with the guidance from project manager
• Understand the basic concepts of cash flow as it relates to planning from a project schedule
• Collect and input accurate and timely data for schedule development and updates
• Understand the purpose and approach to document basis of schedule and assumptions
• Collect and input data to support project schedule activity actuals and forecasts
• Prepare and submit monthly invoices
• Manage invoicing on a CPFF contract.
• Support proposal pricing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional in a Project Control position, with experience supporting a government contractor, especially NAVFAC
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
