Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to lead our implementation projects for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with our finance, operations, sales, and customer success teams to determine the best solutions for handling strategic implementations for our clients. You must be able to effectively manage large projects and process large amounts of information. Candidates must have at least two years of experience managing big data and be able to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.

What We Want You to Do

• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand implementation requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and business processes and requirements to design effective implementation strategies.
• Assist in customizing implementation plans to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide input and guidance on software enhancements and bug fixes during the implementation process.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the implemented service.
• Coordinate end-user training and support to ensure clients can effectively utilize and navigate the software.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues during the implementation process, working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Document implementation processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software implementation and integration.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in implementation, deployment, or similar roles.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate complex Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, functions, and macros, to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective implementation strategies.
• Track and analyze key metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience using self-service data analytics tools such as Alteryx.
