You'll have the freedom to rapidly design, secure, build, test, and release groundbreaking AI components. </span></p><p></p><p><span>Are you ready to develop solutions combining open source, hybrid cloud, and AI?  Come join the Red Hat OpenShift AI team!</span></p><p></p><h3><b><span>What you will do</span></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Contribute to architecture and design of RHOAI, and provide input that elevates the platform and  user experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead the development of new platform technologies and solutions for RHOAI</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use CI/CD best practices to develop and deliver solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in upstream communities such as Kubeflow to ensure the technologies work on OpenShift and can be integrated with RHOAI</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present at <span><span>OpenShift/Kubernetes,</span></span> and AI/ML related technology conferences and internally within the AI/ML communities of practice</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with the open source communities to evaluate new AI, ML and big data technologies and create examples of integrations between their technology and RHOAI</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mentor and guide other engineers</span></p></li></ul><h3><b><span>What you will bring</span></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Demonstrate innovation skills and a passion for technology </span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and apply RHOAI policies to ensure our RHOAI components are observable and scalable </span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrable expertise in <b>Go </b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of Linux operating system</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building and <b>deploying container-based applications</b> to include the install/upgrade through our operator</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of how Open Source and Free Software communities work</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding <b>Kubernetes architecture</b> and <span>​​<b><span>operators/controllers</span></b></span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Good written and verbal communication skills; fluent English language skills</span></p></li></ul><h3><b><span>Nice to Haves</span></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Security background</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Prometheus monitoring stack</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with development for public cloud services (AWS, GCE, Azure)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience troubleshooting complex issues in distributed systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or other related discipline</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Red Hat</b></p><p><a href="https://www.redhat.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><u>Red Hat</u></a><span> is the world’s leading provider of enterprise</span><a href="https://www.redhat.com/en/about/open-source" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span> </span><u>open source</u></a><span> software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
