In this central and leading role, you will support our TECH Divisions, accelerate and lead topics like our cloud migration, the coordinated shutdown of old systems and several other exciting and complex initiatives to success.</p><p><strong>DO WHAT YOU LOVE:</strong></p><ul><li>You plan, coordinate and implement IT projects in various subject areas. You analyze, implement and improve processes in and for our SIXT TECH organization</li><li>You work for and across different divisions to ensure highly efficient and outcome focus projects. You are passionate about hands-on work and are valued as an expert who not only manages projects but also gets to know complex issues in detail, understands and discusses them at eye level</li><li>You take care of effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, interdisciplinary and in an international context</li><li>You collaborate closely with our SIXT TECH Engineering and Platform Divisions as well as Product Owners and business stakeholders</li><li>You ensure that planned initiatives and projects meet their targets and are delivered on time. With effective project management tools and reporting, you always make progress transparent and measurable</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>COME AS YOU ARE:</strong></p><ul><li>You are motivated by complex problems in IT organizations. It inspires you to structure them and bring them into an executable plan. Furthermore, it motivates you to get to know and understand a variety of topics sufficiently deeply and on an operational level so that you succeed</li><li>You have a good knowledge of project management and proven experience in managing complex problems in IT. You successfully managed and finished several mid- to large-scale projects with transformation, migration or change impact</li><li>You have very good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration at all levels in the organization in IT as well as in business. In times of conflicting interests, you are able to lead and motivate</li><li>You learn fast, get things done and can work independently.
