Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the overall contract performance, planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all program functions and respective baselines (business, technical, fiscal, administrative).
• Mobilizes company resources through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
• Monitors and reports to Parsons management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions that would affect project cost or schedule.
• Serves as the primary point of contact authorized to interface with the Government contracting officer (KO), contracting officer’s representative (COR), and customer agency.
• Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software.
• Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Master’s Degree in a technical field or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and MBA.
• 15+ years of relevant Program Manager experience
• 10+ years of relevant space acquisition experience
• Familiarity with space, high altitude, and missile defense systems and technologies.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance, with the ability to qualify for a TS\SCI clearance.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Master’s Degree in a technical field
• 20+ years of relevant Program Manager experience
• 15+ years of relevant space acquisition experience
• Currently hold a TS\SCI clearance
