Position Title: Program Security Representative (Top Secret / SCI Eligible)
Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Program Security Representative (PSR) to support sensitive and classified programs within a secure DoD environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, strong Special Access Program (SAP) experience, and the ability to work on-site in support of mission-critical operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary security representative supporting classified and Special Access Programs (SAP)Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and directives in accordance with DoD, IC, and SAP regulationsManage and support SAP security operations, including program initiation, maintenance, and closeoutCoordinate personnel security actions including access requests, indoctrinations, debriefings, and visit certificationsEnsure compliance with ICD, DoDM 5205.07, NISPOM, and applicable SAP security guidanceConduct security briefings, training, and awareness programs for cleared personnelSupport inspections, audits, and assessments conducted by government security authoritiesMaintain accurate security documentation, access rosters, and classified material accountabilityInterface with Program Managers, Government Security Officers, and internal stakeholders to ensure security complianceAssist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions as required
Required QualificationsActive Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)Demonstrated experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP)Strong knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community security policies and proceduresExperience managing personnel, physical, and information security requirements for classified programsAbility to work on-site in a secure facilityStrong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience as a Program Security Representative (PSR) or equivalent security roleFamiliarity with multiple SAP types (e.g., DoD SAP, IC SAP)Experience working directly with government security offices and oversight organizationsSecurity-related certifications or formal training (e.g., SAP Security Training, FSO training)
Work EnvironmentOn-site position in a secure classified facilityExposure to highly sensitive and mission-critical programsFast-paced environment requiring strict adherence to security protocols
