THE JOB:
As the Assistant Beverage Manager, you will a play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day beverage operations on the casino floor. You conduct daily floor plans and pre-shift briefings while proactively engaging with staff and addressing their needs during shifts.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $60K annually

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service aligned with company standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by mentoring staff and leading by example.
• Manage inventory and requisition processes to optimize revenue.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and support team development.
• Address operational challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
• Handle any escalated guest concerns and provide top-tier guest recovery.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in beverage or equivalent food & beverage settings.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$47,165.76 - $62,258.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
