ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic HR and Talent Partner to join our team at Mulgrave, VIC. Reporting to the HR Director, this role is pivotal in supporting business growth through HR initiatives and talent acquisition strategies. You will manage HR projects, support compliance, and drive employee engagement across the business.

Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Partnering with business leaders on performance, ER, talent, culture and reward.

• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including contracts, documentation and HRIS compliance.

• Creating advertising campaigns to attract top local and overseas talent, with a focus on apprenticeships.

• Leading training initiatives for compliance and skill development.

• Supporting remuneration projects and ensuring salary bands are current.

• Auditing employee data to ensure legislative compliance.

• Regularly reviewing HR policies and aligning them with business needs.

• Driving engagement surveys, talent reviews and other HR initiatives.

• Supporting change initiatives, acquisitions and growth projects.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years’ experience in an HR Advisor, Generalist or Business Partner role.

• Solid understanding of Australian employment law (NZ experience desirable).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience sourcing talent via job boards and social platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
