The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive and people focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing People & Culture team. If you’re passionate about creating great employee experiences and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic purpose driven environment - this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, supporting both strategic priorities and day to day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to take ownership, make a meaningful impact, and actively contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and high performing workplace where people are empowered to do their best work.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to development and exit.
- Coaching leaders and guiding teams through day-to-day HR matters and employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and terminations.
- Driving performance and engagement through well-crafted programs and policies.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and workplace best practices.
- Managing benefits, payroll support, and HR systems with a sharp eye for detail.
- Rolling out impactful learning & development initiatives.
- Getting involved in strategic projects and contributing to culture-building moments.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR management, including demonstrated industrial relations experience.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
