Job Description
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity use your skills and experience to support the development of the talent acquisition strategy for our new studio in Madrid. Working closely with the TA Manager, and with the Employer Branding Specialist you will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals by actively recruit as well as developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, and ultimately contributing to the growth of an industry leading Talent Acquisition team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner and coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs
- Together with the TA team develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processes.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks etc).
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Report on KPI’s, projects and deliverables per country to the HRBP to Operations and key stakeholders as required
- Pro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new financially-feasible sources.
- Create and manage recruitment pipelines as well as report on TA activities per market.
- Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate.
- Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectively.
- Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needs
- Partner with employer branding team to create talent attraction initiatives.
- Manage the onboarding and EVO buddy program for the allocated market.
- Pro-actively network with the Operations team, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs.
- Develop strong external knowledge of EVO’s market to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for the allocated market, including offer and employment contract preparation as well as collection of police conduct records and proof of eligibility (i.e.: passports, ID cards etc)
- Maintain post-hiring contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Where relevant provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidates.
- Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates (i.e.: attending job fairs etc).
- Any other duties as required.
