What you’ll do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally, with a strong focus on tech roles.
  
• Map the industry by researching companies, markets, and teams to identify high-potential candidate sources.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach and long-term engagement.
  
• Coordinate hiring processes, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring teams, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a top-tier candidate experience.
  
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills and motivations, ensuring a strong alignment with the role. Present pre-screened candidates to the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers for further evaluation.
  
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Partners to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging passive candidates.
• Act as a culture ambassador for Lingokids, representing our values and mission while reaching out to potential candidates.

What you’ll bring

• +1 years of experience as a Sourcer or Junior Recruiter in global tech companies.
  
• Experience sourcing and recruiting engineering profiles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile).
  
• Tech-savvy mindset with a strong understanding of tech stacks and communities.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React Native ecosystems and their talent communities.

English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long-form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
