You will work on proposals to Experience Design projects, facilitate vision-stating workshops, assess and build innovative products and services or create Visual Design to successful MVPs, Prototypes, Products &amp; Interactions. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b> </span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Create user centered designs for mobile, desktop and web applications (responsive), using knowledge of ergonomics and usability as well as experience in designing user interfaces.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Create visualization of concepts from the idea to the final design, using usability engineering tools.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Design user guidance and interaction design, whereby a systematic way of working and the ability to abstract and model are required.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Advice on creating new functions and elements, including questions of CSS/LESS coding, user experience and accessibility tasks, and the development of a frontend architecture for apps</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support in the creation of images and icons (fonts), design changes in app releases, queries in troubleshooting regarding designs and usability, and usability tests of existing and new functions</span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Create engaging user experiences for products and technologies, incorporating visual, content, technical and functional elements that facilitate ease of access, understanding and usage, aligning the needs of users to the priorities and values of the business to the priorities and values of the business </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Skills and attributes for success</b> </span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Have an open mind, deep dive into the challenges and be eager to constantly learn and self-develop  </span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Have the ability to employ latest Agile &amp; Lean UX methods and work with Business, Project &amp; Development teams to create and deliver Design, UI &amp; UX offerings. </span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Understand the limitations of client/ internal tech stacks, ecosystems or business model and provide design advice where necessary </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To qualify for the role, you must have</b> </span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Proficiency in English and German (oral and written) </span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>3+ years of experience in designing UX for B2C, B2B Customer Journeys as well as Digital Products, Applications &amp; Touchpoints </span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously </span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Ideally, you’ll also have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Tech/ Tools Skills: hands on experience in Design Collaboration tools like Mural &amp; Experience Design Tools including wireframe and prototyping tools viz.
