Senior Scrum Master (Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences)

You will act as a <strong>servant leader</strong>, fostering collaboration and driving Agile best practices to enhance team performance and project success.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>Desmonstrable experience</strong> as a Scrum Master, with <strong>mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain</strong>.</li> <li>Relevant certifications such as <strong>Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)</strong> are preferred.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).</li> <li>Experience working in a <strong>regulated environment</strong> with knowledge of <strong>pharmaceutical regulatory requirements</strong> (e.g., FDA, EMA, GxP, CFR Part 11, etc.).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as <strong>JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally</strong>, etc.</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> </ul>
