Your first assignment will be with a large insurance client. You will be a part of larger team and you will have a chance to work in an international environment. </em></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?</strong></p><p>As a<strong> experienced Project Manager </strong>you will help in different areas, such as:</p><ul><li>End to End follow up on the status of initiatives associated with Cash Management products.</li><li>Contribute in the ideation and definition of the different business transformation initiatives.</li><li>Follow-up and escalation of product risks and dependencies and of the main production issues and operational shortcomings.</li><li>Follow-up and coordination of transversal initiatives.</li><li>Team Management: Evaluation, monitoring of delivery capacity, as well as sizing of the different teams.</li><li>Elaboration of presentation and support documentation for Committees and top management.</li><li>Change Management. Ensuring understanding of major changes within the organization.</li><li>Project Management. Project management (control and monitoring and budget management).</li><li>Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</strong></p><p>- Experience between 8 and 10 years.</p><p><br/> <strong>EDUCATION:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor's degree, further education (Master's degree) is desirable.</p><p><br/> <strong>SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in managing remote and/or <strong>multicultural teams</strong>.</li><li><strong>8-10 years of experience</strong> in end-to-end project management in the field of <strong>Cash Management (desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity and B2B2C)</strong>.</li><li>High/very high level of spoken and written <strong>English</strong>.</li><li>Very high/native level of <strong>Spanish</strong>.</li><li>Experience in project and team management.</li><li>Knowledge of agile methodologies applied: <strong>Scrum, Kamban, etc</strong>.</li><li>Ability to communicate with business areas.</li></ul>
